  • How do I access the digital modules?

    Address common questions ahead of time to save yourself an email. Only those who have been approved for program selection can access the digital modules. Once you have been approved to join a module, click on the module you need to join and click "Enrol Now" on the module page. Make an account and use these details to log in each time you re-visit the module.

  • What can I expect from the digital modules?

    The digital modules are broken into content blocks for each topic. The content blocks are designed to be completed at set times throughout each program (not all at once). Ensure you check the weekly numbering system in the module to know when to start each content block. In each block you can expect to find: the fundamentals for the topic.

  • How should I prepare before starting a digital module?

    Each program will have a local coach you can talk to about the program. It's best to discuss with your local coach how to best prepare before commencing the digital module. Each coach will run the program slightly differently.
